1. Processing & Shipping Time

All of our premium Mesh Jerseys are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality, vibrant colors, and unique details for every single piece.

• Delivery Time: 10 - 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• This timeframe includes both our dedicated production time and transit time directly to your doorstep.

• Note: During peak seasons or major sales events (e.g., Back Friday, Halloween, Christmas), processing times may take slightly longer. We truly appreciate your patience!

2. Shipping Rates & Promotions

We offer flat-rate shipping for all domestic orders and special rewards for moms who love to bundle:

• Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

• Free Shipping Promotion: FREE SHIPPING is automatically applied at checkout to all orders containing 2 or more items (excluding Shipping Protection).

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our shipping carrier, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your journey.

• Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's system after receiving your email.

4. Address Corrections & Missing Packages

• Wrong Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us at support.chaoticmama@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has entered production or has been shipped, we cannot change the destination.

• Lost Packages: Chaotic Mom Club is not liable for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as "Delivered." If you purchased our Shipping Protection, your order is fully covered for loss or damage. If you don't have protection and your tracking shows no update for over 5 business days past the expected window, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a carrier claim.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

• Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

• Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Chaotic Mom Club has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
